Capital Projects provides the structure for the District's new
approach toward project management, which will feature a beginning to
end pairing of project
managers with the roadway, intersection and bridge projects being undertaken. The
goal is to have one person who is intimately familiar with the project and can bring
it to a successful conclusion. A major focus is early and meaningful public involvement,
which will ensure that the project meets the community's needs.
